Q: How do I activate my Yantra?
A: Rinse the yantra gently with clean water (Gangajal preferred). Pat dry with a soft cotton cloth. Place on a red or yellow cloth on your altar. Light a ghee lamp and incense. Sit facing East and chant the Mul Mantra 108 times while keeping your gaze gently fixed on the central Bindu.
Q: Where should I place my Yantra?
A: Place in the recommended directional position in your home or office. The yantra should face East and be at eye level or slightly above when seated.
Q: How often should I practice with my Yantra?
A: Offer fresh flowers, light incense, and chant the Mul Mantra 11 or 108 times daily. Even a brief 5-minute daily practice is sufficient for sustained energetic resonance.
